Since we would love nothing more than to welcome you back as soon as we resume operations, we’re pleased to present the following Bonus Offer:


Transfer My Booking and Receive BONUS Onboard Spending Money

We all deserve a holiday and we would love you to cruise with us again. We have found an alternative cruise departure that we could move your booking to with your current cruise fare and promotional onboard inclusions protected.PLUS as our very special welcome onboard for you, we will also throw in AU$50 bonus onboard spending money per person for you to enjoy onboard. The new departure will depart in either April or May 2023 (enquire)

If you would like to take advantage of this Bonus Offer, there is no action required. Simply allow up to 45 business days for us to transfer your booking to the new sailing. Once your booking has been processed, a new booking confirmation will be emailed to you. Please note final payment for your new booking will be required 90 days prior to departure.

Future Cruise Credit or Refund Offer

If the Bonus Offer does not work for you, we can offer Future Cruise Credit to the value you paid towards your cruise fare PLUS AU$50 bonus onboard spending money per person to enjoy on your next P&O cruise holiday.* Alternatively, we can process a refund less $110 service fee for your booking.

Future Cruise Credit (FCC) can only be used towards the payment of the cruise fare on bookings with P&O Cruises Australia for departures on and before 31 August 2023. FCC are subject to the relevant fare conditions and applicable cancellation terms as set out in our Booking & Travel Conditions. FCC are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Onboard spending money can only be applied to one cruise booking and is not redeemable for cash. Any unused amount of FCC and onboard spending money will expire after 30 June 2022. Please note you do not need to have cruised by this date, only made a booking.

If you choose this option, note all prepaid items on your cancelled booking will be cancelled and refunded via the original method of payment. Please allow us approximately 60 business days for the refund to be processed.
